Health Connect Properties (HCP), a Denver-based medical real estate firm, closed on the sale of the former Cancer Care Center of Thornton located at 9461 Huron Street, Thornton, CO 80260 on September 24, 2019. Patricia Wassik and Abby Bartolotta represented the seller, NREF Thornton Colorado, LLC. Steve Beck with COBE Real Estate represented the buyer.
The 19,000 SF medical office building was purchased by an owner-user for $4.1M. Modern Vascular, a national healthcare provider specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular disease, will occupy the currently vacant space. National Jewish Health, the nation’s leader in respiratory care, will continue occupying nearly 8,000 SF in the building as their northern hematology-oncology clinic.
Health Connect Properties served as the property manager for the facility since 2007 and acted as the leasing and sales team for the California-based ownership.
