In 2002, Health Connect Properties was born out of a glaring gap in the real estate industry. While hundreds of commercial real estate companies operated in the Rocky Mountain region, none solely specialized in the care of healthcare facilities.
Since 1980, our principal, Patricia Wassik, worked with healthcare professionals. As a property manager and broker, she helped building owners, physicians, hospitals, and executives navigate the waters of their real estate needs.
With those decades of experience, Patricia consolidated her expertise and created Health Connect Properties. The goal? It is as simple as our name – to connect healthcare providers to the appropriate real estate.
The company quickly grew to incorporate all aspects of real estate: brokerage, project management, construction coordination, and development. She grew her team to house experts in each specialty under one roof. The company mission thus expanded to construct, manage, and lease premiere healthcare real estate.
