Lindsay Sullivan joined Health Connect Properties in 2016 and is a property manager for several, Class A medical office buildings in metro Denver including Cornerstar Healthcare Plaza built in 2014 and 195 Inverness built in 2015.
Lindsay manages her buildings with great attention to detail. She thrives as a customer relations expert – developing and growing interpersonal relationships with tenants and vendors is the most gratifying part of her job. Prior to her role as a property manager, Lindsay served as Health Connect’s property services coordinator managing the day-to-day operations and accounting functions across our entire portfolio.
Prior to HCP, Lindsay worked for the Loveland Chamber of Commerce in an administrative and customer service role. While at the University of Northern Colorado, Lindsay balanced her studies as a full-time student with the responsibility of a full-time job setting her up for the responsibility of balancing the needs of multiple properties, clients, and tenants.
