Prior to assisting Platte Valley Medical Center (PVMC) with a second MOB in 2017, Health Connect Properties (HCP) worked on the construction and opening of their first in 2006. The contract included pre-construction, leasing, tenant finish coordination, and property management services.
From the beginning, it was imperative to hospital ownership that the MOB’s opening ran concurrently to the rest of their new campus; which is why HCP provided turnkey solutions to managing every step — from project conception to building occupancy — to effectively control project timing and budget.
HCP continued consulting the owner on other real estate projects due to the success of MOB I, and acted in the same capacity for MOB II and two off-campus clinics.
