Rebecca (Gigi) Allen
Medical Property Manager

Gigi Allen joined Health Connect Properties in 2009 as a Medical Property Manager with over eight years of healthcare related property management experience.

Currently Ms. Allen manages the Physician’s Office Building located on the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center campus in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  This building is a five story, 140,000 square foot medical office building.  Gigi’s responsibilities include the day to day operations of the building, supervision of third party contractors, weekly inspections, review and approval of all property payables, preparation and administration of annual budget, recommendations and coordination of capital improvements, lease administration, tenant and owner relations, coordination and implementation of tenant improvement construction and reviewing and processing monthly financial reports.

Ms. Allen previously worked as an Asset Manager for a REIT based out of Nashville, TN, managing the same facility that she currently manages for Health Connect Properties.  Prior to beginning her career in property management, Gigi worked in Title and Escrow in Northern Colorado and Human Resources in both Northern Colorado and Wyoming.

Gigi earned her Real Estate License in March of 2009 and her future plans include completing the required courses towards her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMI International.
