Lori Moore, ARM ®
Lori Moore joined Health Connect Properties, Inc. (HCP) in 2006 as Property Manager and Leasing Agent for medical office buildings. Lori has over 19 years of property management experience, and during the last nine years she has focused on medical office buildings.
As a property manager, Lori manages a portfolio of 476,000 square feet of investor owned medical office buildings. Much of her duties include the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the buildings, the management of third party service contracts, and all lease administration and compliance issues. An additional and important aspect of her duties includes the oversight, design and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for all building systems. She also coordinates the monthly financial reporting to property owners. Additionally, Lori serves as liaison between owners and tenants, establishing strong tenant relation programs within her properties.
Lori is very proud of her active role with the surgery centers and large medical tenants which include Invision Sally-Jobe, Denver Vail Orthopedics, Advanced Orthopedics and The University of Colorado who occupy 58,000 square feet as well as Lincoln Medical Surgery Center. Lori has also worked with HCP owner/developer clients to open 3 new medical buildings; The Urology Center of Colorado, Lowry Two Medical Plaza and Lincoln Medical Center.
Lori was previously with InSite Properties, Inc. starting as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property Manager after two years where she managed over 195,000 square feet of medical and general office space. Lori then went to work with Trammell Crow Company managing approximately 360,000 square feet of medical office space.
Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and her husband enjoy vacationing “anywhere near the water”. She also volunteers at St. Anthony Central as a Reconnect Leader.
