Jennifer Ranum
Medical Property Manager

Jennifer Ranum joined Health Connect Properties in April, 2007 as a Medical Property Manager in charge of several medical properties.  Jennifer has over seven years of commercial property management experience with the last several years focused on medical facilities.  
 
Jennifer currently manages a portfolio consisting of 398,000 square feet of investor-owned medical property.   Jennifer primarily works on coordinating the daily operations of the buildings, supervision of third party service contractors, weekly inspection of all her properties, rent collection, all property payable / receivable review and approvals, lease administration as well as continual tenant and owner relations.  An additional and important aspect of her duties include the oversight, coordination and implementation of tenant improvement construction throughout the properties.  She prides herself on creating monthly financial reports for her property owners and strives to establish strong tenant relations within her portfolio.  
 
Prior to joining Health Connect Properties, Jennifer previously worked as a Property Manager for Gibbons-White, Inc., a Boulder, Colorado based commercial real estate company.  She was with them for just over five years and gained experience managing approximately 700,000 square feet of office, retail, industrial and medical property.  She got her start in commercial real estate in San Ramon, California working as a Property Administrator for Bishop Ranch Business Park.
 
Jennifer is currently working towards her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMI International and will shortly be receiving her Colorado Real Estate License.
