Jackie Pacheco
Jackie Pacheco joined Health Connect Properties, Inc. in the Spring of 2010. As a broker, she works with the HCP team concentrating in the specialized field of medical oriented real estate transactions.
Her expertise in the field of medical office has earned the trust of clients across the country. She has established a reputation for serving the best interests of her clients and is highly skilled in both Landlord and Tenant representation. She has a thorough understanding of the numerous medical office sub-markets throughout metropolitan Denver. For Landlord clients, she works diligently and successfully to procure quality tenants for building vacancies; and for Tenant clients, she locates the ideal office to maximize their business goals.
Ms. Pacheco has been a “Commercial Broker Heavy Hitter” 2006-2008, which is an award by DMCAR to celebrate those that have achieved the highest levels of production in the categories of: industrial, investment, land, multi-family, office, retail, and small shops in Denver. In the last few years, she was involved in brokering over 250,000 square feet of medical lease transactions, exceeding $18 million.
Ms. Pacheco began her professional real estate career with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority where she directed numerous projects that varied in scope from small storefront renovations to major projects. A crowning achievement was leading the redevelopment of the former Mercy Hospital through the complex urban renewal/tax increment financing process to create a $220 million premier residential infill neighborhood south of Denver’s City Park. She also administered grant funds on behalf of Colorado’s State Historic Fund to redevelop the Denver Tramway Powerhouse into REI’s flagship retail store and the Tramway Tower into the Teatro Hotel, one of Denver’s finest boutique hotels.
