Sydni Gunlikson
Assistant Medical Property Manager / Assistant Property Accountant

Sydni Gunlikson joined Health Connect Properties, Inc. (HCP) in March 2011 as an Assistant Property Manager/Assistant Property Accountant for medical office buildings. Sydni provides assistance to the Director of Property Management in her day-to-day management of over 800,000 square feet of medical office building space.  She is responsible for assisting with the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the buildings, property payables and receivables, property operating budgets, and operating expense reconciliations.  Sydni also assists the Director of Accounting in the preparation of financial statements and in-company accounting reporting.

Sydni was previously working at Saks Fifth Avenue as a Sales Associate before getting promoted to a General Office Associate, where she managed customers’ accounts and daily audits of the store operations. Sydni was able to utilize her Accounting background at Saks Fifth Avenue by working closely with the corporate office to manage daily cash inflows and outflows as well as account reconciliation.  She gained knowledge of customer relations as well as corporate accounting during her employment.  The store closed its Denver location in March of 2011, and Sydni was fortunate to start her new career path at Health Connect Properties bringing her skills to the Company. 

Sydni graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Montana and has been able to utilize her degree throughout her various roles.  She moved from her home state of Montana in January of 2010 and enjoys all Colorado has to offer. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in Denver, as well as taking time to see her family in Montana and being a new Aunt to her nephew, Drew.
