Medical Leasing Agent

Cyndi Stringham joined Health Connect Properties, Inc. in 2003 as a property manager and leasing agent for medical office buildings.

Cyndi currently focuses on leasing and marketing of the Company’s portfolio.  Her duties include showing available space to prospective tenants, creating property leasing materials, updating listings, preparing agreements and negotiating lease documents.  She is instrumental in providing thorough, accurate and timely information to prepare marketing and leasing activity reports.  She has become skilled in marketing and demographic research, site evaluations, and occupancy comparison analysis.

Ms. Stringham began her career in real estate in 2001 with InSite Properties, Inc. as an Assistant Property Manager.  She provided assistance to four property managers in their day-to-day management and leasing responsibilities for over 350,000 square feet of medical office building space and also made significant contributions to other members of the Company’s management team in promotional, administrative and other company pursuits.

Previously, Ms. Stringham worked for several years for companies in Dallas and Houston, Texas and served in various capacities, including Inside Sales Representative, Operations Specialist and Sales Assistant to a Vice President in charge of recruiting.

Ms. Stringham holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver.  She earned her Real Estate License in 2002 and achieved the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2008. She is also a member of Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR).
