Medical Leasing and Marketing

Stephanie Nickel joined Health Connect Properties, Inc. in 2003 as a leasing agent representing physician and medical tenants as well as assisting Pat Wassik in representing medical office building owners. Currently Mrs. Nickel focuses on tenant representation and assisting Pat Wassik and Cyndi Stringham in marketing and leasing available suites in our property portfolio.

Mrs. Nickel’s 18 years of work in the medical field began in 1986 when she managed operations and marketing for nursing homes until 1989. Then, in her role as Manager of Professional Relations for Charter Hospital of Denver in 1990, Stephanie coached a team of sales representatives to increase referrals from mental health professionals to their inpatient treatment programs. After supporting her husband for the next 4 years in his medical service in the US Navy, she provided transcription, scheduling and billing services for a pediatric neurosurgeon at The Children’s Hospital from 1995 to 1996. Mrs. Nickel then became the Director of Business Development for HealthONE Centennial Medical Plaza in 1996 and 1997.

Stephanie earned her Real Estate License in 1998. She has successfully completed all four required financial analysis courses towards the prestigious CCIM designation. She earned InSite Properties’ “Peak Performer” award in 2000.

Mrs. Nickel received her B.A. In Psychology with a minor in Business from The Colorado College in 1985. Currently Stephanie enjoys volunteering as a tutor for the Wiz Kids Program, visiting nursing home patients and skiing with her husband of 19 years, and their 17 and 15 year old children.
