HCP was established by Patricia Wassik in early 2002, after selling her long term interest in a former, similar business.  Ms. Wassik had been instrumental in growing her former firm’s asset/property management, leasing and sales business into a 2 million square foot medical office portfolio which included 4 major hospital systems.  She, along with Deb Carlson (co-owner of HCP) and their key staff, developed leasing and management plans for each portfolio transition that included a comprehensive plan to enhance the value and profitability of each medical office building.

Through Ms. Wassik’s & Ms. Carlson’s proven track record and leadership skills, they hand select the most qualified group of professionals to provide all of the necessary services related to healthcare real estate.  In an ever-changing healthcare industry, the selection of the right professionals, capable of working with sometime challenging personalities and demanding work schedules, is the key to our success and of our clients.
